Welcome to Curry’s Swingtime Amusements Funfair site! Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing tickets or using our website.

1. Ticket Sales and Validity

• All tickets purchased through currysfun.ie are non-refundable.

• Tickets are only valid for the calendar year in which they are purchased.

• Pricing, packages, and offers may change from year to year. Tickets cannot be carried over into future years or redeemed against new pricing structures.

2. Tokens and Ride Access

• Tokens are required for all rides.

• Tickets purchased online can be exchanged for tokens at the Ticket Office on site during funfair opening hours.

• Additional tokens can also be purchased at the Ticket Office.

3. Funfair Dates and Changes

• Funfair dates, opening times, and locations are subject to change.

• Updates will be posted on our official Facebook page. 

4. Use of Website

• All content on currysfun.ie is for general information purposes only.

• We reserve the right to update or modify website content, offers, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Health and Safety

• Guests must follow all on-site safety signage and staff instructions.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for safety or behavioural reasons.

6. Weather Policy

• The funfair may close temporarily or entirely in the event of adverse weather conditions. We are not liable for cancellations due to weather. Tickets remain non-refundable in such cases.

7. Liability

• Currys Funfair accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought to the site.

• Participation in rides and activities is at your own risk.
